All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3. ORDERS
All orders must be placed through the AOI Denim website.
After successfully placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email.
AOI Denim reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete customer information
Violation of these Terms of Service
If payment has already been completed for a cancelled order, a refund or store credit will be issued at AOI Denim’s discretion.
4. PAYMENT
All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours after an order is placed.
Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by the system.
AOI Denim is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or technical issues caused by banks, payment providers, or third-party services.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).
Domestic shipments are delivered through our logistics partners, including JNE and J&T Express.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the selected courier service and may vary depending on destination and operational conditions.
AOI Denim is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers may request an exchange by contacting AOI Denim Customer Service.
Returned products must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size or product exchanges.
Approved returns are compensated through Store Credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
AOI Denim may request supporting photographs and additional information for verification.
Upon approval, we will provide a replacement product or Store Credit equivalent to the product value.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the AOI Denim website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, videos, and website content, is the property of AOI Denim and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
